Location at Milan train station was NOT UPDATED; VERY HARD TO FIND. As well as dropoff at Bologna airport. Dropoff location was NOT CLEARLY MARKED! I was charged again for insurance by affiliate Italian company!Reviewed May 26 2024

The dropping of the car was a disaster. The staff refused to check during the drop-off upon my repeated request for checking. The next day I was given an email informing that there was a damage and charged my EUR435.Reviewed Apr 11 2024
