First flight got cancelled. Got booked for another flight departing 3.5 hours later which ended up being 1hr delayed... The flight was good when we finally ended up flying.

My husband and I had to split seats and I did not like to seat at the window.

When I got into Maui I had a layover but there was a flight to Honolulu earlier. I asked the gate agent to see if I could get on the earlier flight to get home sooner. Ke'van is so great! He was very helpful and friendly and I appreciate him very much

Terrible. Unfriendly, couldn’t care less crew. Left lights on entire time for 10 hour flight Departed at 5pm local time. Captain made one announcement entire time. No information given and clearly not interested in letting anyone sleep with lights up. Food served was poor. Entertainment was poor. No WiFi choices on screen backs was dated and cheap. Seats and amenities were dated and barren. Hawaiian used to get by on their service/aloha, but that’s been out the window. Even for local interisland I fly only southwest as they are far superior. Very disappoint in Hawaiian and this flight.
