The one stewardess was rude about helping me put my bag in overhead….she said “ Is it heavy ?” (I am 73 yrs old)

The flight was late getting in, so many were stressed. The snacks for a LONG flight was not enough.

The whole experience went very well except the rest rooms were a disaster

Everything was great. Flight was on time with no issues. It was a short connecting flight so ww didn't have food offered. The gate we got off at was very close to our connecting flight gate so that was very easy.

Wasn’t an Alaska plane so the seats were very thinly padded- glad I wasn’t going further.

Flight was late but crew was very efficient and friendly.

It was great; it was on time, everything went smoothly, the crew was excellent. It was just uncomfortable for the usual reasons; completely full fight, could barely move because the space was so small. The expected stuff with every airline.

My boarding pass birthdate was printed incorrectly causing me to spend an extra hour in a check-in and then again TSA line and to miss a chance to have dinner pre-flight. My window seat was given away and was replaced with a middle seat. I would have liked an opportunity to charge my phone and take advantage of movies but many of the departure gate chargers weren’t operational and I don’t know of an in-flight charging option, The flight left 45 late after trouble with unruly passengers, and I was glad staff removed them.

Good - San Jose security is a breeze. Exact opposite of San Diego. Flight on time. Bad - FA's were not that cheery or polite. I thought we may blow out a tire as the pilot slammed down a hard landing in perfect conditions. He came in pretty hot like he had a date waiting.

I was seated at the back of the plane and the flight attendants were fantastic. I did not get food so can’t say. Thought the movie selection was lean.

No food or entertainment because it was a short flight. Unfortunately the takeoff was delayed more than an hour

The flight left and arrived on time. the only food offered on the 5+ hour flight was a cheese sandwich. Unlike Alaska Airlines there was no information on the website regarding food at all or any option to purchasse in advance. Otherwise, it was an excellent flight.

We were not given the seats we reserved. But helpful attendant at gate gave us very nice seats.

The flight was very smooth and comfortable. The entire flight crew was very professional and provided excellent service. Thank you.

It was great with the exception of a rude desk member on the way back. And a terrible sandwich on the way back.

One of the best flights Ive had in a long time

My tray was broken and instead of being moved I was provided blue tape.

Terrible. Unfriendly, couldn’t care less crew. Left lights on entire time for 10 hour flight Departed at 5pm local time. Captain made one announcement entire time. No information given and clearly not interested in letting anyone sleep with lights up. Food served was poor. Entertainment was poor. No WiFi choices on screen backs was dated and cheap. Seats and amenities were dated and barren. Hawaiian used to get by on their service/aloha, but that’s been out the window. Even for local interisland I fly only southwest as they are far superior. Very disappoint in Hawaiian and this flight.

One hour delay. No Wi-Fi. Old aircraft. Nasty food

The crew worked to help us find standby seats and we were able to arrive at our destination early which was great. Only drawback is airport at Kona which is in need of update - waiting at gate passengers exposed to jet fumes, there’s only one restaurant with minimal choices, etc

Dinner was okay but the breakfast was not eatable on the flight San Francisco to Zurich.

Check in etc was very good. As for on the plane, it was like flying in a freezer. It was so cold, i have flown for years and never been so cold on a plane. Staff on board said its always cold when flying which is a load of rubbish. They wouldnt put any heating on and now i have the flu because of this .

I’ve had a couple flights this week on United that were delayed by an hour or more

Should have video screens Plane audio was poor and without wired connection hard to understand crew. Should serve more than just cups of water and pretzels on six hour flight. Did not see crew rest of flight. Fix charging sockets to retain charging blocks.

Generally good but there wasn’t any staff available when my luggage didn’t appear at baggage claim in Fresno. It took about half an hour to locate a staff member to open up the locked room where it was being kept.

Do not like the feeling of being in the basic economy. Everyone should feel good no matter what.

Our original business class flight was cancelled so we not only downgraded but we were also spread out across the plane not sitting together in separate middle seats. My poor kids were scared and couldn’t see me on the flight and the crew wasn’t sensitive to the situation and what the airlines did to us. Very dissatisfied with United airlines.

The WiFi didn’t work and the seats are too close together. Very uncomfortable.

So so. Terrible aircraft choice for that leg of the flight.

delay several times and wait extra long to board. no entertainment service because there are problem for some rows. always encounter some delays for the last flight of the day.
