Rouge needs to offer seats with better pitch in economy. Many sick people on a full flight.

Overall, I would have to say my experience with Air Canada was mediocre their DC tens. Need to be updated not comfortable at all. Only one out of my four flights was decent. The staffing was very nice. Going through customs in Montreal was quick and easy. Air Canada has room for improvement with their facilities.

it was our first flight with Air Canada. The flight was very good. The arrived 10 minutes early. The crew was attentive and very professional. The seats were comfortable and the food was fine. There were a lot of movies and TV shows to choose from. The boading was OK, but it is more about the Montreal airport procedures, but not about Air Canada.

Crew was very respectful and ready to serve. Much better than before.

Flight was delayed, I had to put my luggage all the way in the back! They served only a beverage no snack on the way in Air Canada, definitely not a good first impression.

It was an enjoyable flight. I guess the airlines will never go back to catering, they save so much money.

Lovely staff for a short flight! Complimentary wine too made me happy.

The food on Rouge is mediocre at best. The inflight entertainment did not work for me. I am technically oriented so there must have been an issue with the Rouge wifi network. I used my phone and downloaded content.

5 delays to departure. Finally left 2 hours after scheduled time. Further issues with “paperwork” when we were ready to push away from the gate. Air Canada has a real problem with flights between Montreal and Toronto over the last 24 months. Of my 12 flights, 8 have been delayed or cancelled. With no compensation. I now drive between Toronto and Montreal whenever I can. At least I know I will get there when I planned to.
