I was expecting that movie selection and food would have been better. Everything else was great.

The type of the food requested (Asian vegetarian) was not properly met with. They have very limited snack items that may compensate for the main meals.

The quality of the food is pretty good. Thank you, EVA Air.

Fast and efficient boarding. Flight was on time. Service was very good for our long flight. First time flying with this airline and I would highly recommend.

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

No ice for the drinks. Only gave a half a cup of your beverage. Not enough water. I got very dehydrated.

Overall the flight was what might be expected for a long haul flight to Asia in economy class. The cabin crew was attentive and the food was good. Boarding was fairly fast and easy. The one thing I found frustrating was the EVA app. It is terrible. Trying to do anything on it was almost impossible.

EVA would not help with ticket issue since they were purchased through a travel agency. Even though it was EVA ticket stock. Travel agency Budget Air didn't reissue ticket after airline change which I didn’t learn until trying to checkin on Christmas Day and there was no contact number for the agency to help. I will never use Budget Air to purchase flight again and disappointed in EVA’s refusal to help. Thankfully just under 12 hrs before departure someone from the agency was available to reissue tickets. I was starting to think we would not be flying and the stress trying to resolve was completely unacceptable.

Eva is one of the top airlines in Asia... but often are over priced. Finally found a reasonable rate.

Comfort was left wanting due to such a long flight, made the wife and I wish we could upgrade the seats to Business class or First Class, but did not have that option. Food was good but had very limited options and I have a dietary restriction which was difficult for the staff to accommodate since everything provided came with cheese on it. (Cheese could potentially kill me) Did not have an option to inform the staff until we were already in the air about the restriction and was not provided another option before flight departed.

The plane was uncomfortable. I paid extra for more legroom but the seat was still uncomfortable. Other seats on the same exact row didn’t have to pay extra but still have extra legroom. I didn’t understand why I needed to pay $170 for. It was Iike China airline just wants to make money off their passengers. It was unfair.

Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.

Ask flight attendant for water during flight and she was a little rude get the water.

Baggage made it successfully to destination despite short layover. Appreciate that.

Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.

Flight was delay almost 2 hours from Hong Kong to Taipei. Last minute gate change from 24 to 66. Long way walk. We need to run in the Taipei airport to catch our next flight from Taipei to Vancouver. That is so suck!

Excellent staff made the boarding process fast and easy. Friendly crews on both flights from Saigon to Taipei and Taipei to Los Angeles. Will fly China Airlines again.

For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.

The check-in crew at SF did not put on breakable glass stickers on check-in baggages which caused my antique whisky bottle to break during transportation.

Great, the flight attendants were very friendly and the food was also good.

Cathay Pacific seems to be an airline in trouble and on its way out. Lots of broken or poorly functioning things like entertainment screens, seats, and enough well trained staff to handle a full flight. Sad...

The flight crew was exceptionally good. Personal needs were well met. The food choices were very nice.

Excellent. Planes are a little older and could get some refurbishment, but besides that everything was excellent.

While I was in great pain, the seat was sufficiently comfortable to allow me to rest and not be in so much pain.

we were upgraded which was a blessing and tender mercy for us. I fell the day before and was in extreme pain from knee to shoulder. Sitting in a more comfortable seat during the flight was an unexpected blessing and experience.

On time take off…US cabins look tired and need of refresh!

Crew was great and did their best to make us comfortable and captain came out at the beginning to announce why the flight was delayed, weather situation up ahead, and kept us updated throughout the flight.

United WiFi is consistently unusable (it can take 10 mins to load a single web page). If you need Wifi to do work, be prepared to lose half a day of productivity.

Awful. I got stuck next to a person carrying a dog and behind someone with a dog. People need to board these dogs downstairs. The cabin is crowded enough with your pets

Packed in like sardines, very uncomfortable. Sitting the aisle my shoulder was rammed into numerous times by rushing flight attendants. Also flight was very cold.

Airline did not explain reasons why flight was delayed two hours. Explanations were badly needed and rarely provided. Problem seemed to clearly be the airline’s fault and not the fault of the weather or airport.

Very uncomfortable seats and seat backs, and I am only 5’9”. Delayed due to crew issues, spent a long time with no ventilation. Teeny overhead bins. Wifi worked well. Arrived safely.

I was delighted that we were able to get on the 4:40 pm flight rather than our original booking at 6:55 pm!! Other than that, the flight was comfortable and landed early😊

Our flight was delayed many times throughout the day. The final delay was about 8 hours. I spent time in line to speak to someone at their understaffed desk, and also spent time waiting online and then chatting with a service rep. None of the United employees were any help at all. I desperately wanted to go get rest and possibly re-book my trip but I was denied any compensation or voucher for a hotel. I was repeatedly told it was not United's fault and therefore they had no compensation to offer. Overall, a cold and callous experience.

Paid WiFi was only available for a few minutes. Avoid at all costs.

AA1537 the AC was not working properly. It was very hot and uncomfortable.

Liked - nothing. Disliked - delayed 35+ min sitting on the plane. Caused me to miss my connection in Charlotte. American Airlines is the worst US Air Carrier company with atrocious customer service.

Again, multiple delays and I eventually just canceled and drove!

WiFi connected but only let you go to the AA website, not even text messaging worked.

On the new 319 NEO? seatback entertainment system did not work even when the flight attendant rebooted it. At least I had my cell phone to connect with wifi.

The flight was fine. All the delays and poor communication and customer service were the worst! We were supposed to arrive in London at 7:10 am. In stead we arrived at 1:30 pm. And now American Airlines refuses to make things right but only sent a canned apology after I contacted customer relations.

The flight was delayed for over four hours due to “maintenance “. Your ground staff made no efforts to avoid my family missing their connecting flight to London. They did not try to reroute them and didn’t even offer meal vouchers without being asked. My daughter, her husband and four children were in the States for our son’s celebration of life service. They experienced rude and unhelpful staff in Asheville. The lack of communication was disgraceful. They missed their connecting flight and the first rebooking. Then the 2nd rebooked flight was delayed by over two hours. They didn’t leave Charlotte until 1:30 AM. Since returning home my granddaughters sleep has been so disrupted that they are overly tired and cry hysterically at bedtime. I have already contacted you regarding compensation but have yet to receive a response. All I’ve received is a canned wrote response. This is not acceptable!!! When my wife and I traveled to England in December on your partner, British Airlines, we were delayed for 4 and one half hours. We missed our connecting train to Leeds and had to pay double. They not only reimbursed our extra train expense, they also refunded half our airfare. And upon our return to the States we were surprised to find that they had upgraded us for free! We sat on runway for an 1 hour because they were short handed at key west airport was not fun
